spaceace35 Posted April 4, 2015 Report Share Posted April 4, 2015 out of the blue i'm having issues.i'm using utorrent 2.2 cuz one of my sites says its the best version.i have verizon fios.trying to download one torrent theres 3 seeders and when i start utorrent it connects to all 3 goes up to about 550 kb/s then after a few minutes is goes down to like 3 . thats not normal if i shut down utorrent and restart it it goes back up to 550ish then after a few minutes if heads back down to 3ish.am i being throttled by verizon all of a sudden???another thing its not showing the peers down below like it normally would Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
