Finding Peers. Tried everything.

Hi,

My torrent is stuck at the 'Connecting to Peers' stage of the download. I have tried quite literally everything, including:

• Delete resume.dat
• Reset netsock and restarting computer
• Turning off antivirus (Microsoft Security Essentials) and firewall
• Adding exceptions to the antivirus for uTorrent
• Reset router
• Turning DHT off and on again
• Running uTorrent as an administrator

I was able to download perfectly fine yesterday after adding exceptions to MSE.

 

As far as I'm aware, my ISP allows torrents, as I have been able to download slackTorrents just fine. In addition, I do not have any software like PeerBlock or anything else that blocks peers. I have also passed the setup guide: 

and my network connection is OK (green triangle): Finally, my torrent is not dead (there were 4 peers yesterday): Any idea what's going on? Please bear with me, this is my first time using torrenting software.

Actually, based on those numbers, the torrent IS dead.
