cant upload!!!

hi, i need some help here.

im on utorrent 1.5 and on a 2WIRE modem which im using the wireless system.

i havent been able to upload/seed properly.

everytime i upload/seed, the speed i get connected to a peer from the peers list is about 6kB/s and then this drops gradually to 0kB/s within 3-4 seconds.

i have no problem with downloads and my download can go to 350kB/s and upload 60kB/s.

im not utilising these speeds properly and i've also contacted the private site on which i make downloads from and they told me it could be the hardware problem.

i really need help here and hope anyone out there can give some advice.

thanks and all help will be appreciated!

weiyong.

ive been having the same problem on 464, im using 465 now... same problem persist..

the weird thing is, when im downloading, all is well with my upload. i can hit 600kb/s down, and 60kb/s up, but once my torrent is finished, my upload speed is capped at 6-8kb/s? on a torrent community, this is really bad.

yes i checked the options, nothing is capping this. it was working a few builds ago :S

hmm, yea my upload during downloading is kinda high. but when torrent downloads finish, it gets real sucky.

:/ i've disable the goal thingy and have made to seed indefinitely but still im getting crappy speeds :/

has it got to do with wireless systems? well i didnt have this prob before when i used the wired modem :(

I have the same problem. During download the upload works fine, but when the download is done, I can't get good upload speeds anymore. Sometime I can't even get any download speed. I've just noticed that I can only upload to people that have their flag UE, why is that?

The UE flag means "U=actively Uploading" and "E=Encrypted". The only ips you're actively uploading to are (highly) encrypted ones that somehow get around being disrupted by something interfering with your connection.

Your ISP almost certainly hates you, they do not consider bittorrent traffic "legitimate" internet communications that they are obligated to support, and they may even lie to you about this fact.

That is my best, and most likely, guess.
