Utorrent does not shift to next torrent after finishing one

i have been using utorrent since a long time. few weeks back i faced my first problem. 

 

 i have multiple torrents queued for downloading and due to limited bandwidth i have set the settings to download one torrent at a time. so say i have 5 torrent files , it ll download one and then shift to next one automatically. this was happening till recently.

 

but now the problem comes. it has stopped shifting to next torrent. i start my pc , and make sure downlaoding is has started and then i leave it overnight so that downloading will be finished by the time i wake up. what happens is when i turn on the screen to check how much downloading has been done, it shows "first torrent" completed 5 hours ago.... and in the status bar it been checked. and the next torrent didnt even start. 

 

i hope i was able to explain my problem properly. please guide me how to solve it.

Reduce number of active torrents to 2.

Also, the torrents you have in back are in a "Stopped" state which will NOT continue after a queued/active torrent finishes.
