.torrent files turned into loaded files

i need a lil bit of assistance if anyone can help..

somehow after an update a large portion of my utorrent files have turned into loaded files and i dont know how to reverse the process..

i keep my torrents in a separate folder and had unluckily checked those three boxes in 'location of torrents'

i've unchecked them now but the files still remain as loaded..

also i checked the temporary files in app data, there are no torrent files there 

can anyone help please i'd be really grateful..

i have like 140 torrent files with this problem and it's near impossible for me to go search for those torrents again

Rename the .loaded off of them.
