problem with my uTorrent

Lately i have been having serious issues with my utorrent it will start to download and maybe 4 minutes later it just stops downloading and doesnt resume i have tried updating trackers nothing works so i shut it down ..............and wait a minute and then launch it again and it works ................for another 4 minutes im not sure whats going on i havent updated or anything and it used to work well but now all i seem to have is issues with it please help.

 

please also know im not exactly tech savvy so be kind
