Status update on adding torrents via infohash?

Since this thread is archived, any update on whether adding trackerless magnets via infohash only will be a possibility? I am quite aware that I can simply tack "magnet:?xt=urn:btih:" on the front to turn it into a legitimate magnet URI, but I still believe that having the client so it for me would be a very useful feature. Case in point: I'm copy/pasting lots of infohashes from a website, text file, or another torrent program. I don't want to have to type 20 extra characters on every hash I add, and I can't just hold it in the clipboard as it'll get overwritten next time I copy an infohash. In my uneducated opinion, it's an easy to code feature that brings excellent benefits.
