Maggie Posted June 22, 2006 Report Share Posted June 22, 2006 I use ZONE ALARM and I have successfuly opened a port, according to your directions.From the moment I used μTorrent, since now, I see over 600.000 ( ! ) intrusions and 3 high-rated ones.What can I do to stop this ? Is it serious ?If I dont open ZONE ALARM what will happen ? They keep entering by the second... WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THIS ?IF I COMPLETELY REMOVE MTORRENT HOW CAN I STOP ALL THESE INTRUSIONS' ACTIVITY IN MY COMPUTER ?Thanks for helping me ! They not intrusions, the firewall just doesn't know what they are or where they should go, so it calls them intrusions or attacks.Truth of the matter is, that most firewalls require their users to be very advanced users to configure them and most users are not (most advanced users don't use ZoneAlarm). Second is that most firewalls cause more problems (due too poor programming and lack of knowledge) than they actually solve.
