Graphic driver problems

hello there ! I have a strange problem with this program (utorrent) . Several years ago i bought a new graphic card (ati from amd) . After each fresh reinstall of windows , mob drivers , graphic drivers everithing was working fine , till instaling utorrent . After installing (after a fresh windows install) , every time i was starting windows at startup i was receving an error , probably most of ati graphic card users know about this error , ( something about implementationmom.exe stop working ) and my contrl pannel from the graphic card (catalystcontrolcenter) was inaccessible . I wasnt eble to play games . I was starting a long email conversacion with the amd staff . After weeks of sending informations , reinstaling windows , trying diferent versions of drivers , all rpograms , everithing remained whithowt solution . I thought that is a problem wirth the ati drivers and i stopped to search a solution to my issues . Now ...since my ati graphic card stopped work completly , i bought a new one . Gforce gti970  . I was removing all ati drivers and stuff , i installed the neu drivers from Nvidia and everything was working fine . I tought...welll , now that i have a diferent graphic card , the utorrent must have no issues ...but i was wrong . All this time i was running utorrent from my laptop , who has an ati graphic card , but since its not too performant i dont needed to play games so i was downloading there and then transfered to my pc all the stuff . so... new graphic card , new components (because i bought new mob , new rams , new ssd card ) . So last week , i was instaling windows about 6-7 times , with programs and stuff ... each time , everithing was working fine till instaling this program . New issues ,( nvspcap.dll does not exist ) and the history repets , not able to start geforce experience and unable to play games . this time i was not asking for help from the nvidia stuff because i know its something about utorrent , looks like its kind erasing some drivers from the video card or its a drivers conflict or something . I was searching to the web for related issues , but looks like i m the onlyone with this problem . Now , what i want to know is , if its only me having this problem or m i doing something wrong wile instaling ? ty for your time , good day !!
