Utorrent moving finished files to the wrong directory

Hello,
Last week my utorrent started having trouble with moving files.
Instead of moving the finished download to the specified folder,it created a new folder for itself there and dumps every finished file there without their containing folder.

To be exact,my settings are made like this:
Keep unfinished downloads in "D:\unfinished\"
Move finished downloads to "D:\finished\"

And what utorrent does is:
Unfinished download is at "D:\unfinished\containing folder\file.xxx"
When finished,it gets moved and ends up as "D:\finished\unfinished\file.xxx"

Several restarts and reinstalls didn't help.

Anyone else got this?

Did you completely delete the folder utorrent created and the data in the appsdata/user folder to clear everything? Also where is the screen shot of the preferences settings and what version are you using?
