No apps found to open this type of link (magnet)

Hi so recently when i try to download a torrent file i will get the message No apps found to open this type of link (magnet) and this has been annoying me alot i've tried everything using a different browser ... etc utorrent it updated to the newest version too so eh when i get the error it asks me too ''search the store for a app that will work ?'' but my windows 8 apps are all broken :/ So i have not been able to download any .torrent files except if i Copy paste the url into utorrent which isnt always an option to do
