CHRISD
Every time I download a torrent, UTorrent pops up a box saying an older version of UTorrent is running, please shut down and try again. I have version 3.1.2 build 26753 (32 bit). Sadly I upgraded and have continued with all the updates since. Now I get this every time !!I wish I had stayed on the older version, there were never any issues with it. Can anyone help me ??Thanks,Chris. terrenmcc
I'm having the same trouble. If I shut down the program, and then download a torrent - it works fine, for that one time, then give me that error again. Shut it down, enter torrent. Download another torrent, get the error message, "Older Version of uTorrent is running, Please Shut Down uTorrent and Try Again."
terrenmcc
I think I have it figured out. Everything is fine IF you keep uTorrent open, on your desktop. Just don't minimise it to your tray. Even though it's running, if it's in the tray, no matter how it got there, you get that error message. Sounds like we need a bug report, don't we?
