When i do a speed check it says roughly 280kbps for download and 250 for upload. When i am downloading things though it rarely gets above 30kbps. Switeck Posted July 8, 2006 Report Share Posted July 8, 2006 What is your upload speeds doing?Btw, don't confuse kbps=kilobits/sec which is how connection speeds are measured and KB/sec=KiloBYTES/sec which is how file transfer speeds are measured.
