uTorrent crashed w/ Windows 7, will not load/reinstall

After ^, I

* uninstalled and deleted all program files.

* downloaded and opened utorrent.exe; Windows says "uTorrent has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem." When "check online" is clicked, windows displays a working icon for a moment before closing the dialog box.

Go to %AppData%, then rename uTorrent to utorrent.bak and try starting uT again.

Don't delete the bak folder - if uT starts up again, we'll need that folder to help figure out what the problem is.

can i know where is the %AppData% located? i use win7
