Created a torrent but it won't seed.

Hi

I created a torrent usign uTorrent, the file was created and I stardet seeding, but people I sent the .torrent file are teling me that there is no seeds (0).

When I am downloading a torrent my upload is ok, but seems that when I try to seed, no one can "find me", but the STATUS is "Seeding"

On my seed file "info" tab, it says:

On Seeds: 0 of 0 connected (1 in swarm).

On Peers: 0 of 2 connected (0 in swarm).

System:

- Windows 7 x64 (all updates installed)

- Utorrent 3.1.3

- TP-LINK router TL-WR741N (wi-fi)

Config:

- The PC running uTorrent is conected to the router by wi-fi;

- peer.lazy_bitfield is "TRUE";

- Not using proxy of any kind;

- router firewall is disabled, using windows firewall (uTorrent.exe is authorized);

- using random port on uTorrent (icon on lower rigth corner is green);

- UPnP por mapping is checked / NAT-PMP is checked / Add Windows Firewall Exception is checked;

And did you add any trackers?

Better yet, did you put the torrent on a torrent index?

I've tried to place this torrent on Pirate Bay. It worked, but one minute later it was removed somehow.

Guess it must be something they do not allow or like.

i have the same problem once i upload a file, i get a bunch of people downloading it with out me giving them the download link

Did you set the torrent as 'private' so DHT, and PEX were not allowed to broadcast the torrent?

By the way, your 'issue' is the exact opposite of what the thread is actually about.
