Super-seding...

That's already possible (version 1.1.7.1)

->Right click on the torrent->Properties->Super-Seeding

You select this option once seeding, not while making the torrent (as super seeding is a seed option and has nothing to do with how the torrent was made).

Actually superseeding IS most helpful when you're the initial seeder (and created the torrent basiclly).

He's asking to start it right away on created torrents,

Which is useful for torrents you start seeding right away.

Would it be possible for uTorrent, to decide if Super Seeding is necessary?

Im sure there's gotta be some proven formula/equation, to know when Super Seeding is best used? :)

If no formular, isn't it something as simple as IF seeds < 1, go Superseed?

So basically, once you have 1 complete seed (who stays/sticks with the swarm, and doesn't just disconnect....), you can then shut off super seeding?

That's a very interesting idea, and one worth implementing, IMHO. :) Unfortunately it seems many people don't like auto-configuration of certain settings as some are paranoid about such things (think SkyNet scenario etc.)... ;)

well, im just looking at it from the newbie/uninformed aspect. There are some people who associate words such as "Super!" "Extreme!" "Lite!" etc being "better" or "superior". So by having this feature "Auto-configured", users who may be away from their system(s) (but have seeds running still) for large periods of time, they could be assured that uTorrent would keep their seeds in cheque.
