uTorrent Will Not Install (Vista)

Hey guys, so I looked around the forum and couldn't find an answer...I was wondering if someone could offer a little help. I just downloaded the new version of uTorrent, and for some reason when I go to double click on it to install...nothing happens. Nothing opens, I look in task manager and nothing is running at all...I just double click, and nothing. I tried restarting, re-downloading, uninstalling my previous version, I've erased every trace of it and re-installed...I cannot get it to work and I have no idea why, I tried running as Admin, and other modes like XP, still nothing...is there anything I can do? Thanks for any help!

did you unblock the exe in its properties yet?
