segphault Posted January 19, 2007 Report Share Posted January 19, 2007 After I managed to figure out how to leverage the underlying JSON interface used for the Web UI, I was able to write a Python script that extracts torrent progress stats from uTorrent to display on the LCD screen of my Logitech G15 gaming keyboard. Source code and more detailed information is available here. Please note that this was done on the Linux platform and that I run uTorrent through Wine. It is unlikely that this will work on Windows in its current state, but I'd love to see a Windows implementation if anybody is up to the challenge.Many thanks to the uTorrent developers for making this possible! I made him install Slackware and WINE this spring. Thanks for the upload.. perhaps if someone can vet the code and host it in a more reliable place?
