In router i have DMZ for my IP

I have WRT54G VER 5 router.

My ISP no blocking p2p traffic.

Thank you for contacting Optimum Online regarding your question about P2P. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and will be happy to assist. We do not block P2P traffic. It may be the router causing the issue. Try to bypass the router to make sure the router is configured properly. Also make sure the firewall/iptable/netfilter is disabled, and check the port forwarding. Resetting the router back to its default will wipe out all settings.

I Do this and... Nothing...

My Windows firewall is off.

On router i have activated UPNP and in uTorrent too.

DMZ and UPnP should not both be needed!

...and may even cause weird conflicts to have both enabled.

In fact, neither should be needed if you manually port forwarded.

Do you have µTorrent's other settings set up correctly?

Also try these "CONSERVATIVE SETTINGS CHANGES":

Turn off DHT (both kinds).

Disable Resolve IPs under the Peers Window. (That's expensive window-dressing considering it doesn't help download+upload speeds any.)

Reduce half open connection max to maybe 1-4. (If you're not firewalled in µTorrent, it shouldn't hurt as much as you might think!)

Disable resolve country flags in advanced.

Disable "Enable Local Peer Discovery".

Lastly, reduce total connections to 100 or less.

...maybe even as low as 20 per torrent, though 40 is probably better.

First Off, I think you have the option which says which torrent the client is asking for turned off. Usually if a client is disconnecting it will say XXXXXXXX no torrent found. (XXX is the hash under General tab of the torrent). Unless of course you are being RST'd to death. RST infiltration are spoof packets which tell each end to reset the connection.

If you don't want to type out all of the settings, just the Ctrl-p -> BitTorrent and Ctrl-P -> COnnection pages would suffice (Alt-Print Screen) save as PNG in mspaint, upload to http://imageshack.us
