Change of download folder results in error messages

Whatever I downloaded goes into the "Download" folder in my "Documents" folder. I didn't want to have to go thru the trouble of going thru my Documents folder to get to my Downloads folder, so I put a folder on my desktop, and put my downloads in it.

Then I changed the settings so the downloads would go into it.

But by then I was getting error messages in utorrent that won't go away, even after I returned the downloads to the Download folder in the Documents folder.

What the exact error message is may help figure this out. That and WHERE you see it?

On the download page in the status section I have "error." And one has "Error sys"

OH. In the main torrent pane up top? You can double click on the right margin of "status" column to auto-expand it larger... or you can just drag it larger.

After uT cannot find the file data it needs, you MUST recheck it.

There is no problem with you moving the downloaded data... but you MUST tell uT where you moved it to. After you move the data you can right click, advanced, set download location... then CLICK on the file or folder you're looking for.

Okay, I went back. The one says: "Error The system cannot find the path specified."

So what duz I do?
