dubzilla Posted August 1, 2008 Report Share Posted August 1, 2008 i have 20mb cable connection (virgin media) i could download 700mb file in approx 7mins hitting 2mbs with upload speed at approx 80 kbs when it had finished but recently within the last 2/3 weeks i can only get approx 200/300kbs when downloading and upload speed has almost vanished, all settings previously were unlimited (set to zero on download and upload) ive changed settings now as recommended but still no difference,could my ISP have capped or throttled my speeds from certain sights as i have heard this mentioned or could this be due to something else, i have no idea whats causing this and its driving me crazy any advice would be appreciated. many thanks dubzilla.
