HeaDCase
On my box, new downloads go to one disk, and the completed downloads are moved to another, which for large files can take several minutes. If auto shutdown is set, uTorrent doesn't wait for the move to finish, but calls Shutdown! as soon as the files finish downloading, and more often than not brings down the machine before the move is finished. Next time it starts, uTorrent thinks the files are already in the new location, tries to seed, and promptly throws an error because they are incomplete. Moving the files by hand and rechecking fixes the problem, but it's a PITA.
thelittlefire
Yeah, this would be in-line with the balloon tooltip popping up after finished downloading prior to moving when that option is enabled.
Ultima
Hm. There definitely needs to be a wait period for moves to complete before proceeding.
