Notice Of Copyright Complaint to ISP - How is this possible?

Hello,

My ISP emailed me saying they have received a complaint from someone below saying I download the following movie. How is that possible? How did they know? This is the first time I have received this? Is there a virus behind the movie? Excerpt from complaint is below

There's copyright enforcers on some public torrents monitoring for who's downloading them. Not really much you can do about it.
