simonbcn
webUI 0.361 / µTorrent 1.8.2 / Firefox 3.0.8When I right-click in some torrent, this opens the webUI context menu but it also opens up the Firefox context menu. This happens for many versions of webUI, this can't be correct? Thanks. Lord Alderaan
All your problems you are posting about are very likely related.Try the webui in a fresh clean firefox profile (firefox -ProfileManager)
simonbcn
Sure? I think that the problem is in the webUI and the firefox extension.I recently returned to using μTorrent, I used Azureus before, but I had already tried previous versions of μTorrent, webUI and firefox extension with the same errors. I have tested with fresh clean firefox profile and same error.
Lord Alderaan
And if you go into the options in Firefox. Look at the tab Content and click advanced next to Javascript I assume "Disable or replace context menus" is enabled right?
simonbcn
Yes, it's enabled. However, in the firefox extension this function of context menu works well.I have found that this problem only happens in Firefox on Linux. Two pages with examples of code that yes work:http://www.webtoolkit.info/javascript-context-menu.htmlhttp://ajaxian.com/archives/dynamic-right-click-context-menu (http://www.harelmalka.com/rightcontext/)
