thrillakilla Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 I'm partially done a torrent and I want to continue the torrent on my laptop, because I just realized I won't be able to burn the movie on this computer so yeah, it's a long story. Is there way to finish it on a different computer, and I can't email it or anything, because the size is too big. So I just need to know how to do that.. :/EDIT: Or is it possible to automatically save the completed torrent to a different computer when it finishes? moogly Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 Just move the incomplete torrent onto your laptop and load the .torrent (check folder %appdata%\utorrent on your 1st computer to retrieve it) into uT installed on this computer.Then choose the folder where are the data, uT will force a recheck and continue to download the torrent. moogly Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 Use Windows abilities to share data through LAN (in Connection pane) or install uT on the second computer to download the incomplete data from the 1st computer (if peers are not firewalled).
