Ulover Posted November 22, 2009 Report Share Posted November 22, 2009 Hi Guys My Upload Speed is around 250 KB/sec ..As soon as i restart or tweak Settings My upload spped hits 150 + as soon as it reaches max it hit rock bottom to 9 KB/sec ......I dont know what to do now...I am using Windows XP Pro Sp 3 Single PC ..No router My Connection Speed :Download Speed: 13918 kbps (1739.8 KB/sec transfer rate)Upload Speed: 1789 kbps (223.6 KB/sec transfer rate)ScreenShot:http://img262.imageshack.us/img262/9452/81828035.jpgPlease help me out ..Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ulover Posted November 23, 2009 Author Report Share Posted November 23, 2009 hmm ..I did that still same problem..One important thing I want to mention same problem when I use Bitcomet too ......Here is my speed test for Downloading slackware and open office ....http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/6379/ut1.jpg*******Even the download has been completed I see no UL speed ..it stuck at 9-10 KB /secWhen U torrents Running ..Even there is no downloading n uploading.
