Switeck
Teredo/IPv6 and uTP peers and seeds have some hole punching capabilities, but they're only available in the latest versions of uTorrent. uTP hole punching is only available in v2.0 betas, Teredo has been available since v1.8.0. Switeck
You have to check that Teredo/IPv6 is activated. There's many reasons why it may fail.Even uTP peer/seed connections could be block as well, since they use UDP packets which the proxy may NOT handle or not be forwarding correctly. Switeck
TCP hole punching is near-impossible.For more details about uTP:http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=49813http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=60602(first posts of both threads)
