EDGE wireless connection-port forwarding applicable?

Hi,

I use EDGE wireless connection for internet. The network light in utorrent never changed from yellow to green.

I have tried the port test and it says that my port is not forwarded.

Reading from ipconfig:-

IP : 10.32.191.16

Subnet : 255.0.0.0

Gateway:10.0.0.1

The external IP (random) at this time is: 203.92.154.36

At the moment of the reading was taken, a torrent file is opend with seed 1(2) peer 7(53).

It seems those seeds and peers in the brackets are not connected with me.

Could you suggest any work around please.

I m not befhind any fire wall.

Duh. You can't connect to all peers/seeds, that's how BitTorrent works. Have you portforwarded correctly?

Get a real internet connection. I do believe you basically have a permanent NAT condition with most wireless ISPs.

can i configure utorrent to anounce my real IP to the

trackers and make it seen by other peers?

since this pc card is not port-forwardable (or is it?).

I can vaguely remember seeing Green network light some time back and

downloading speed at 35kB/S (which is considered fast for EDGE).

Basically, you can't forward ports with EDGE, or almost any wireless internet connection.
