asdfsauce
In the latest version of BitComet (0.60) they added a feature called "Protocol Header Encryption" (PHE) which bypasses ISP's who throttle BitTorrent... I'm not a big fan of BitComet due to the lack of the "upload slots per torrent" feature... but I'm forced to use it with the PHE so I can get good rates when connected to other peers using the same version of BitComet. This really should be a high priority for all BitTorrent clients due to the growing number of ISP's who are throttling now. Hopefully if you choose to add this feature it can be made compatible with BitComet's PHE.
