Switeck: It definitely was a bug.

With 15562 connections were failing.

Downgraded to 15520 - worked again.

Upgraded to 15589 - worked.

All this time i made no configuration changes to firewall.

I have an issue with 15562 also, however mine was not crashing.

I'm running Server 2008 x64.

After updating i could start the program fine, but all the trackers were stuck on "updating..." state. Also DHT was stuck on the connection state. The download/upload speeds were all 0.0k/s and it would just sit there doing nothing.

After downgrading back to 15520 everything worked fine again.
