I already googled for tricks on how to speed up then download but it keeps dropping to kbps. The torrent got a lot of seeders, my internet speed is also good and I just don't know what to do anymore. Should I reinstall?

Just looking for the best VPN I can use for downloading. I do have HideMyAss VPN but it seems it's not working.
