Yes I have disable uTP.I can not disable Teredo/IPv6 in utorrent

Switeck yes and still the problem of speed with utorrent. I did not have this problem of speed with Windows Vista.I see several problems with Utorrent speed and Windows 7 including me.

It's not as worse yes , it does not have full limit request.The speed drops regularly and it goes back...........
