No, but I substituted the auto updated version 46068 with the laa 46068 and now it works.

uT updated today to 46068
When I try to open a torrent file or a magnet I get this message:
"A newer version of uTorrent is already running.
Please shut down uTorrent and try again."
If I do that I get a dialog for downgrade uT to previous version

I found that in the Logger tab after a restart (I killed uT because it didn't response for a long time).

It does the same of Preferences icon or Crtl+P, it doesn't go to the correct panel for language selection.

With build 44484 and 44488 I lost three time the settings.dat and settings.dat.old (renamed settings.dat.1530809080.bad and settings.dat.old.1530809080.bad or similar) and I have to reconfigure uT from scratch.
Last time I restart uT with a backup copy of settings.dat, but this situation is annoying.

I don't think so: After the "pause & resume" it doesn't happen more until I restart uT.
The label counters show less torrents there are, after p&r the counters are ok.

build 44266, but 44050 too.
Sometime when I select multiple torrents (to stop, change label and so on) the action works on some torrents and not on other.
If I pause and resume all torrents then the action works on all torrents selected.

Today uT 3.5 is dead (continue crash).
I tried with downgrade and remove .dat files (.old too) but it continues to crash just after start. :-(

The " Move completed downloads to" option works again for torrents with a single file. :-)

NOT just the labels are screwed up, ALL the categories are screwed up.
Confirm, all categories show only a few torrent in main window.
I'm back to 30379 and all is ok

You can find old versions on your pc in:Where can I re-download the latest beta that works? Somebody stick it on dropbox or some such, please.

On 3.4 (never on 3.3 or lower) if I select a lot of torrents (300 or more) the cpu usage go up and never go down again until I don't deselect the torrents (some time uT froze).
