Granddaddavid Posted November 12, 2011 Report Share Posted November 12, 2011 PLEASE excuse my ignorance in these matters, however I am having a lot of trouble the last few days with the torrents, very slow compared to previously.Would like to know if you are downloading say a 1 GB torrent, does this count as 1 GB in your allowance from your ISP whether it takes say 10 minutes or 10 hours to download???Thank you..................
