FWIW, I have exactly the same problem: all torrents are fine except for two, of which one is permanently stuck at 49%, whenever I try restarting it, it stops again with the "Access is denied" message. AV scanning and Indexing Service disabled; Readonly attribute not set on any of the files. diskio.flush_files set to false. Help!
