    it's between 0 and 10kB/s when I'm downloading, is it supposed to be higher?

    Since my connection is 15.3/1.5mbit, should I be using the settings in the 1.5mbit section? Because I'm using those settings right now and I'm downloading a torrent with 209 seeds and 60 leechers but only getting 340-430kB/s
