Exactly same problem here since I upgraded to the latest build 29944. Never had such a message, even once before in many years. I'm Under Windows 8 - 64bits - IE10 And I got this message EACH TIME I click on the Windows of utorrent in the taskbar. I'm using a program, I want to go to utorrent, bahhhmmm, this pop up appears. However today, no problem. I didn't rebooted, didn't changed anything, but nothing for the moment.
