In Preferences, on the Connection tab, I can see in the Random port box, 12153. (See Image #1) I entered this number in the External and Internal port space in the My Spectrum app and it indicated it was updating. However when I ran the test in the uTorrent Setup Guide, I got the Connection error and the Port is not open messages as seen in Image #2. I have been downloading successfully for a while but I want to have a good ratio at my favorite torrent site. What am I doing wrong?

I am using the Port Forwarding feature of the My Spectrum app. On the Add Port Assignment page there is a space to enter the External Port and a space to enter the Internal port. There is also an option to choose TCP+UDP or either TCP or UDP. What port numbers are to be placed in the External and Internal spaces? Which is the correct choice between the TCP+UDP...options? Thanks for the help.
