the3penguins Posted March 8, 2016 Report Share Posted March 8, 2016 Hi, I just got a new Mac (MacBook Pro running 10.11.3) and moved everything over from a Time Machine backup of my older Mac. All applications work fine on the new computer, except for uTorrent which won't open at all. When I double-click, it flashes in the bottom bar for half a second and then vanishes. Same when I try to open a torrent file. I saw this old thread, and downloaded a new uTorrent install. The new application opens fine, but despite what that thread said all my torrents have vanished - which numbered in the thousands. How can I recover them, or get the old uTorrent to open? Thanks! unf4th0m4bl3 Posted March 12, 2016 Report Share Posted March 12, 2016 Same here - clicking the uTorrent button makes the icon animate as if it will open, but right clicking for options shows a message that says "Application not responding."
