Quit, if nothing to do.

Hi developers,

Thank you for a great client!

I never start uTorrent with Windows, because I don't want it to run, if there is nothing to do. I seed 150% and then delete it.

But I would like it to start with windows, if there is something to do. My suggestion is to add an option under "Start uTorrent when windows start" named something like "Close, if nothing to do".

As a developer myself, I think it must be very easy to implement.
