Interface is laggy during high speeds

Hi,

I have recently decided that I wanted to upgrade to a newer version of utorrent, being a user of 2.0.4 for years it is about time.

However im seeing some odd behaviour, while everything is working as it should the interface is extremely laggy when doing downloads of more than 100Mbit (I have 500Mbit internet) - Also the cpu usage is ~20-25% on my cpu (i7-6700k) at my max speed, dropping back to 2.0.4 removes all lag and the cpu usage is around 5-7%.

Is this something that are intentional? Some setting im missing since upgrading or similar?
