vrooney Posted May 8, 2020 Report Share Posted May 8, 2020 Hello All, I've been thinking about this idea for a long time and now with the censorship of people increasing on youtube, twitter and facebook, I feel the time is ripe for something new. I was wondering if it would be possible to use P2P as a social media platform? Imagine uTorrent becoming a "browser" that grabs channelized content as "torrents" and then displays the information on the local client. You could choose what you subscribe to and and receive and it would be decentralized and uncensored. It doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to implement but I'm not programming utorrent.
