Batch relocate seeding files forces user to assign destination for every single torrent, why? Ive seen this topic on this forum and others dating back to 2011 but no one seems to have an answer!

Batch relocate seeding files forces user to assign destination for every single torrent, why? Ive seen this topic on this forum and others dating back to 2011 but no one seems to have an answer! Also torrents seem to randomly get assigned to the parent folder of the destination folder, forcing me to have to relocate to what I had specified in Utorrent settings.  Ty for any help this seems to be a constant issue for something that should be rather fundemental.
