Konstantin Cherganov Posted April 17, 2021 Report Share Posted April 17, 2021 I've been torrenting for a while but I don't really understand any of the technical stuff behind it. I know that it is good to seed torrents but for some reason it doesn't work for me. I use uTorrent Web and even safe torrents that I downloaded very fast don't actually begin seeding or if they do, they go up to 100kb max and drop down to 0 again. Can someone please help me?
