HELP! I can't install the utorrent

Once the software gone corrupted and tried to re-install, it won't go through the start up browse. Also I tried to Run it as Admin. I saw the start up then suddendly gone. I don't know how to fix this. I don't know as well if the computer blocking the installing process. Can someone help me with this?
