theh3brewhammer
I'm using a Westell Router with port forwarding. It's a clean install of Windows XP Home with the firewall turned off. I've followed the speed guide and max UL is 69 kB/s, max DL is 300 kB/s. Currently I'm at the max DL and my upload is 0.7kB/s! Thanks for your help. theh3brewhammer
Any ideas? My DL has cooled down to around 100 but I'm still essentially not uploading.
Ultima
Don't bump your thread. Someone would've gotten to it even without you bumping it... like me.How many seeds and how many peers are on the torrent...?
theh3brewhammer
I'm running 3 torrents: one has S: 3(13) P:51(121); S: 15 (116) P: 51(2275); and S: 9(37) P: 55(236). Could it be the ISP suddenly deciding to cut off my upload after 2 or 3 days? And sorry about the bumping, I guess I'm used to the WoW forums. Thanks for your help. Ultima
Possibly... do you have Protocol Encryption enabled?
theh3brewhammer
Yes I do, but here is a new development. I switched the forwarded port to 1720, thinking it would maybe fix the ISP throttling problem. But now the router keeps randomly turning itself on and off, it doesn't seem like opening a port would do this, but the timing seems very strange for it to suddenly start failing. Ultima
Try connecting your computer directly to your modem.
