if dl speed less than x option affect file in seeding.

the option of limiting upload speed when download speed is less than a specified speed is also affecting completed and seeding torrent, since they aren't downloading anymore.

I have noticed the same thing in the latest version. I had a single torrent seeding at 10k/sec when my global limit was 55k/sec and my other active torrents was not download/uploading anything (0.1k/sec u/l and 1.3 d/l). I unchecked that option and it shot up at 53 k/sec.

I'm not sure if it related to this but sometimes seeding torrents show they are downloading data at low rates for some reason (i.e. 0.1 k/sec or 0.2 k/sec).

Other than that, it's a great client.
