liwitherspoon Posted September 12, 2006 Report Share Posted September 12, 2006 I can download torrent files just fine, and can upload the files that I download, but if I create a torrent file from a file that I got somewhere else, it will not upload, it simply will not upload at all, even though I know that there are people who would want it.
