sooti Posted September 20, 2006 Report Posted September 20, 2006 what's your download/upload rate? also check that your isp isn't throtling your speed, i know abroad (europe, USA) they do it alot, in Israel as far as i know, it doesn't exist, even though ironicly it was on Israeli company that came up with a knew method of throtling even the encrypted bittorrent, let's hope ISP's don't buy it, LOL
