wizard
I had finished downloading the files for Rurouni Kenshin (torrent from AHQ), and had seeded it to about 110%, when I was forced to turn off my computer. When I rebooted my computer, and attempted to continue seeding, when i checked status a while later, I discovered that the program was downloading, instead of seeding, and the completion % had somehow been reset to 0. When I checked the files, they were all empty, except for bits which were probably downloaded since the restart. I have been satisfied with the program for a couple of months now, and this problem has prompted me to install the latest version of it. Luckily, I had already burned DVDs from these files. The question arises. If I want to continue seedng these files, can I just copy the files from the DVDs into the empty files on my HD, or will I have to download them again? Ultima
You can just copy them to the hard drive, and point µTorrent to the right location. I'm not sure why it'd get deleted... did you do a clean shutdown, or did you force µTorrent to quit or shut Windows down hard?
